If a bearing looks wrong
This is the message worth sending. A qibla bearing can be checked, and a disagreement can be traced — but only if it comes with enough to reproduce it. Roughly where you were standing, what this site showed you, and what you were comparing it against are the three things that turn a complaint into something fixable.
Before writing, it is worth knowing that a phone compass swinging by twenty or thirty degrees indoors is usually the sensor rather than the arithmetic, and the page on compass trouble covers what to do about it. A steady bearing that is steadily wrong is the interesting case, and that one should come here.
